If you use a privately deployed edition under an enterprise contract, data processing may be governed by the contract and data processing addendum. This policy still applies when you visit the website, submit inquiries, or use shared account systems.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account information: name, work email, company, role, credentials, and authentication records;
- Contact and business information: details you provide when booking demos, submitting feedback, or contacting sales;
- Usage information: feature access logs, timestamps, device type, browser version, language preference, and diagnostic data;
- Customer Data: orders, routings, capacity, schedules, documents, and collaboration records you import or create in COMPASS;
- Integration data: fields read from business systems via authorized browser extensions or APIs;
- Payment information: billing data processed by third-party payment providers; we typically do not store full card numbers.
3. How We Use Information
We process information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve COMPASS features;
- Perform authentication, access control, audit trails, and security monitoring;
- Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support requests;
- Send service-related notices such as security alerts, feature updates, or billing information;
- Conduct anonymized or aggregated analytics to improve the product without identifying individuals or customers;
- Comply with laws, regulations, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when:

- Service providers assist with cloud hosting, email, payments, monitoring, or analytics under confidentiality and security obligations;

5. Storage, Retention, and Security
Under standard cloud deployment, Customer Data is typically stored in cloud regions within the People's Republic of China. Enterprise tiers may offer dedicated cloud or on-premises deployment per contract.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described. After account deletion, contract termination, or a deletion request, we delete or anonymize data as required by law and contract, except where retention is legally required.
6. Your Rights
Where applicable law allows, you or your organization administrator may:
- Access, correct, or update account information;
- Export Customer Data from COMPASS;
- Withdraw certain consents (e.g., marketing email) without affecting prior lawful processing;
- Request deletion of personal information or account closure;
- Contact us regarding privacy matters; we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
In principle, we process and store Customer Data domestically. If cross-border transfer is required for support or specific integrations, we will comply with applicable assessment, notice, or consent requirements and apply appropriate safeguards.
8. Children
COMPASS is intended for business users and professional roles, not children. If we learn that we collected a minor's information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website or notified in-product, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
