Planning Tables
Your daily scheduling workbench. Built on DHTMLX Spreadsheet with a unified SourceDataStore for orders, parts, vendors, and dates—linked to Gantt, capacity, and the AI copilot.
What you can do
Planning tables are where most scheduling work starts. SourceDataStore keeps schedule_workbench and jobs in sync so tables, Gantt, and LLM tools share one context.
- View and edit orders, parts, vendors, due dates, and other detail fields;
- Filter, sort, and locate at-risk or near-due tasks;
- Two-way navigation with Gantt; drag adjustments write back to rows;
- Selection actions: Add to chat and Locate in Gantt.
Common toolbar
Toolbar items vary by workspace and permissions. Planners typically use:
- Import / Sync: pull latest business data or sync the current view;
- Export: export results for offline review;
- Field mapping rules: map external fields to the COMPASS model;
- Show locked rows only: quickly review confirmed results;
- Insert chart: visualize trends for the current selection.
Recommended flow
Filter first, then act. Lock key results after confirmation. In shared workspaces, watch the status bar for uncommitted changes and conflicts.
- Batch scheduling: filter → schedule actions → Gantt check → lock/submit;
- With AI: select range → Add to chat → explain or summarize → confirm writes;
- Pivot analysis (/pivot): slice the same detail data with filters linked to the table.
